Tags are a great way to organise your subscriptions.
A tag is simply a label, or a category you want to assign to a subscription.
You can call a tag anything you like.
You can create as many tags as you like.
You can apply as many tags as you like to a subscription.
Once you have applied tags to your subscriptions you can then filter your subscription view, reports and calendar by these tags.
Creating a tag.
There are two ways to create a tag.
Account Settings:
- Go to your account settings
- Choose Tags
- Click New.
When editing a subscription:
- Click the + sign next to the tag field.
- Type the name of the tag you wish to create
- Click save
Assigning Tags.
There are two ways to assign a tag.
Account Settings:
- Go to your account settings
- Choose Tags
- Click the “Apply Tags” button.
- Assign tags by selecting them from the drop down box along each subscription in the list.
This is a great way to assign tags in bulk and the fastest way to assign and update.
When editing a subscription
- Select the Tags dropdown box and select the tags you want to assign to that subscription.
Filtering by tags.
Subscription Tab:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the “New” and “Advanced” buttons.
- Click on the “filter by” drop down box and scroll down till you see the tags you have set up.
- Select the tags you wish to filter by.
- Clicking off the dropdown box will filter your view.
Reports and Calendar views:
- Expand the Tags menu on the left of the window.
- Select the tags you wish to filter by.
