How to add an alert: 

  • Click on the edit icon to open the subscription information.
  • Select the Alert Manager option.
  • Select Add New Alert
  • Select the Time Period before your billing date that you wish to receive an alert, either in days, weeks or months.

Eg: You might want to receive a reminder just a few days before the billing date so you don’t miss the payment, perhaps a few months before your mobile phone contract expires so you can hunt for a new phone.

  • Select ‘Save & Close’.
  • You can set up multiple alerts for each subscription.
