BETA Release notes
Please be aware that this is a beta release feature and as such there may be minor issues. If you find it does not operate as expected or there are any issues please notify us as soon as possible.
Unsupported features:
Alerts can be set from 1-29 days only. Setting by weeks, months or years and greater than 29 days is coming.
Alerts cannot be set to specific contacts. They will be set to the owner of the account.
Alerts cannot be deleted, only modified.
Subscriptions cannot be deleted, only modified.
Revenue subscription types are not support.
This Feature is available on all plans.
The CSV import/export feature can be used to backup your subscriptions and also as a method for bulk editing and updating.
EXPORTING: In your account settings, choose import/export and then click the button: "Download Subscriptions"
IMPORTING: After preparing your Import CSV as per the details in this article, In your account settings, choose import/export and then click the button: "Upload Subscriptions". You can then select your CSV file.
CVS file requirements
The minimum required fields for each subscription are:
- subscription
- cost
- frequency
- cycle
- expiry
- status
- auto renew
The following are the column headers that are exported and the data types required:
Id - Id of the subscription - you can obtain the id of each subscription by exporting your subscriptions first. If you want to create a new subscription via an import leave this field blank.
Company - Subscription Company Name - If the company is known to our system it will automatically match it and load the logo.
Cost - The recurring cost as a number. Eg. 12.99
Currency - The subscription currency - if left blank it will default to your default currency in your preferences:

Frequency - Cycles per period as an integer Eg. 1,2,3,10 etc. For example, if you have a cycle of Monthly, entering a frequency of 3 would mean the subscription renews every 3rd Month.
Cycle - The recurring cycle. Options are: Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly
Expiry - Date of next expiry. This date must be today or in the future. Previous dates will not be accepted. The format required is: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Contract Expiry - Date of contract expiry (can be left blank). The format required is: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Payment Method - Name of payment method. If the payment method does not exist in your account the system will create one.
Status - Whether the subscription is a trail or active (or cancelled) Options are: trial/active/cancelled
Folder - Name of the folder you wish the subscription to be in. If the folder name does not exist, then a new folder will be created.
Homepage - URL of homepage (Does not require http or https)
Description - Description of the subscription. This is the detail about the subscription. eg. If you have a Entrepreneur Unlimited TrackMySubs account, you would enter "Entrepreneur Unlimited". The company name "TrackMySubs" should be in the Company field. You can create any description you like that makes sense to you.
Auto Renew - This tells TrackMySubs whether the subscription will renew and set the next renewal date automatically based on your cycle, or whether it will expire and move to cancelled. Options are: yes/no
Note - Any Notes you wish to attach to your subscription can be added here.
Note in Alerts - If you want your notes to be included in your alerts, then set this field. Options are: yes/no
Alert 1 - You can set your alert by number of days prior to the renewal date. Contact is the account owner by default. This is going to be enhanced soon to enable daily, weekly, monthly settings and also the ability to set the contact. You can add additional alerts by adding an extra column called "Alert 2", "Alert 3" etc.
